Olive oil is obtained from the fruit of the Olea europaea tree and is prized for its taste, health benefits, and stability.


1. PRODUCT GRADES

  1. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) – premium, cold-pressed

  2. Virgin Olive Oil (VOO) – cold-pressed, slightly higher acidity

  3. Refined Olive Oil (ROO) – refined for neutral taste

  4. Olive Pomace Oil (OPO) – extracted from olive residue for industrial/frying use
